Thiazoles Accelerator

Curekind Thiazole accelerators series, have high vulcanization activity, fast vulcanization rate, good vulcanization flatness, medium scorch time, and good safety in actual operation; vulcanizate has good comprehensive physical and mechanical properties, with high High tensile strength and elongation at break; moderate tensile stress and hardness, good wear resistance and aging resistance, small compression set, etc. It is widely used in rubber. Thiazole accelerators are acidic quasi-speed accelerators with higher activity than sulfenamides, but lower than thiurams and dithiocarbamates. Accelerator MBT is one of the most widely used in rubber products, as well as accelerators MBTS/MZ/CBS/DZ, etc.
